This Blog is Aliiiive. And I Hope to Keep It That Way.

zombie handDear Zesties: After a long fallow period, I’ve made the decision to resurrect this blog. I’m not going to tie it/me/you to a regular schedule, but I need a landing place to put information that doesn’t belong elsewhere, or that disappears too quickly in a space I don’t own.

I need a place to host giveaways, perhaps do interviews again, and share cover art, recipes, etc. I doubt I would post as often as once a week, but I suppose it’s possible, especially around release time. If that’s too much chatter for you, I understand. But I hope you can stick around.

In the meantime, a few pieces of news

♥ Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you are probably aware I have rereleased Cold and Hottie as a solo ebook and paperback. All the sales links are here, including a 20-second book trailer which is getting thumbs up.

What’s that? You want to see an image of the coverflat? Of course I can do that for you. Thank you for asking.

Cold and Hottie coverflat
♥ My thanks if you’ve been able to drop a review or add the book to your Goodreads shelves. You help other readers make informed book purchasing decisions and provide a shot of social acceptance. (Any time you wish to do this will be helpful, so don’t hold back out of fear you’ve missed the boat.)

I am gratified that people seem to be enjoying the book.

♥ M Jane Colette, author of the funny and sweet Cherry Pie Cure, which I describe as a dirty Bridget Jones, is hosting a Facebook party. It takes place February 24 between 12 and 4 pm EST. I’m cohosting at 3:15 pm and there will be giveaways. Join us here.

takeover party alert

♥ I will also be doing a Facebook takeover party on the LitRing VIP Readers Facebook page. There will be giveaways. The date is yet to be determined but it will happen within the next week, and I’ll post the final details on my Facebook author page. As you are no doubt aware, even if you have Liked my page and asked to see the updates as a priority, Facebook is making it a challenge to stay informed. You can get around that by checking the page directly for updates or friending/following me on Facebook, where I often repost significant dates.

♥ If you are subscribed to my newsletter, you will be getting your complimentary ebook copy of my short, plant-based recipe book coming next month. More on that later, but this is finally going to happen.

♥ Lastly, I’ve resurrected my Can-You-Outsmart-the-Tart visual pun challenges in the monthly newsletter. This month has already seen some winners, who will gain bragging rights and be entered in a draw for one of my ebooks. If you’d like to participate in the future, signup deets are located (obnoxiously?) all over this website. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Thanks, Zesties.

PS: I’ve missed you! It’s been a weird sort of blog-abstinence for me and I’m relieved to be back. Hope you feel the same way.
